1. In case of shipping, we guarantee the product against loss or damage during transit. However, the customer must provide a video of the unboxing process as proof.
2. If a product is exchanged or consigned for sale after 3 days of receipt, a 20% deduction will apply.
3. Conditions for exchanging products: The item must be in its original condition, unwashed, and without any defects. Products failing to meet these criteria are not eligible for exchange or return.
